In a nutshell:
Goals for the near future:
1: Establish TNR in Nova Scotia & New Brunswick.
2: Support low income/low wage pet owners to help them spay & neuter their
cats.
Goals for the distant future:
3: Implement the model of affordable Spay, Neuter & Vaccine-Clinics as seen in
the U.S., as well as a pick-up & drop-off service for remote communities and
the disabled.
4: Establish a hot-line for Q&A on cats to help cat owners.
5: Education through of the general public through the media with the
emphasize on school children to raise awareness of the perils of feral and pet
cats.

humans that are keeping them.
